Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Wear Theory. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of the delivery date.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@weartheory.store with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and shipping details.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the preferred size.

Shipping Costs Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
